Portland's design humidity ratio is 83 grains, or a dew point of 62°F (ASHRAE 0.4%). In July 2006. The Pacific Northwest saw dew points rise upwards of 72°F, or 118 grains!!! Who said there is no humidity in the Northwest? This was an eye opener, even for those whom monitor humidity closely.
